    Who cannot donate (legal entities)

    Under art. 26 of Law no. 294/2007, the following cannot finance the party: public authorities and institutions, legal entities financed from the public budget or with state capital; legal entities with outstanding debts older than 60 days to the state budget, social insurance or the medical fund; legal entities that have concluded public procurement contracts in the last 3 years; foreign, anonymous persons or those donating on behalf of third parties.

    Transparency note. Funding of the "Democracy at Home" Party complies with the Republic of Moldova legislation on political parties and their financing. Anonymous donations are not accepted. Identification data is collected solely for legal reporting to the competent authorities.

    Legal donation ceilings (2026) Individuals — 104,400 MDL/year by bank transfer (of which max. 17,400 MDL in cash). Legal entities — 208,800 MDL/year. Donations may not exceed 30% of the donor's annual income. Legal basis: art. 26 of Law no. 294/2007 on political parties.

    Diaspora donors Citizens with income earned abroad may donate up to 3 average monthly salaries, provided the income is declared to the State Tax Service. Please contact the party before donating.
